Want to Improve Digestion and Reduce Bloating?
Add 1/2 squeezed lemon to 8 ounces of warm water first thing in morning.
Lemon juice's structure is similar to digestive juices and acts as a mild diuretic.

Feel a Headache Coming On?
Drink 16 ounces of water and rub 2-3 drops of peppermint oil on your temples.
Peppermint oil helps improve circulation and relax tense muscles.

Think You Might Have an Ear Infection?
Mince one whole clove of fresh garlic (or use a garlic press) and place it in a pan with enough olive oil to cover. Warm on low for 10 to 15 min. Cool and strain the oil through a nut milk bag, place in a glass container and cool. Use an ear dropper and place 3 drops in each ear.

Struggling with Anxiety?
A great way to relieve anxiety is through breathing. Take a moment, wherever you are, to focus on your breath. Take long slow deep breathes. Close your mouth and inhale for the count of five, hold your breath for the count of five, then exhale through your mouth for the count of ten. Repeat five rounds.

Think You Have a Sinus Headache?
Eating spicy foods, such as hot peppers and horseradish, can increase the flow of blood and help loosen the secretions of mucus. This can help relieve the congestion that causes a sinus headache!

Having Trouble Sleeping?
Take a warm bath with 2 cups of epsom salt for 20 minutes before bed.
Epsom salt contains magnesium which can help promote muscle relaxation, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality.
For an added bonus - add 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
